The Airport Shuttle Supervisor oversees daily shuttle bus operations, directing Bus Operators and Fueler/Cleaners, and ensuring safe, efficient service for passengers.
- Conduct quality improvement inspections and safety observations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
- Lead and coach Bus Operators and Fueler/Cleaners, providing guidance and training.
- Monitor bus rotation, assign buses and tasks, and oversee work schedules.
- Complete daily operational reports, time sheets, and email communications.
- Coordinate extra service requests and handle damaged or out‑of‑service equipment.
- Maintain effective communication with passengers, staff, and management.
- Enforce safety, security, and compliance standards and implement corrective actions.
- Work various shifts in a 24/7 operation, both at dispatch and in the field.
