- Work collaboratively with Order Entry team and application engineering team to implement the process changes
- Monitor and ensure the teams are following the procedures, effectiveness of the process changes and finetune the processes.
- Support peers and management with internal and external projects.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- Adhere to company policies.
- Ensure duties and company projects are accomplished in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and track KPIs for monitoring process changes
- Supports other functional departments on processing issues.

- Must possess leadership capability – ability to understand the motives and objectives of the Plant and communication/interpersonal skills to effectively carry out responsibilities and to develop and motivate others.
- Demonstrates enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are preferred.
- Must have thorough understanding of ERP systems in particular engineering, product structure and part cost modules.
- Engineering experience (outlined above) preferred as follows:
- Must have strong communication skills and a background in manufacturing systems
- Strong working knowledge of engineering, manufacturing process and ERP systems is desired.
- Experienced with AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor.
- Must possess thorough and relevant product knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of steam plant equipment including boilers, fans, pumps, valves, and deaerators.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
