  • Apply intellect, creativity, adaptability, judgment, and management skills to achieve required results.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established policies to achieve overall objectives of this position.
  • Work collaboratively with Order Entry team and application engineering team to implement the process changes
  • Monitor and ensure the teams are following the procedures, effectiveness of the process changes and finetune the processes.
  • Support peers and management with internal and external projects.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
  • Adhere to company policies.
  • Ensure duties and company projects are accomplished in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Develop and track KPIs for monitoring process changes
  • Supports other functional departments on processing issues.

  • Must possess leadership capability – ability to understand the motives and objectives of the Plant and communication/interpersonal skills to effectively carry out responsibilities and to develop and motivate others.
  • Demonstrates enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are preferred.
  • Must have thorough understanding of ERP systems in particular engineering, product structure and part cost modules.
  • Engineering experience (outlined above) preferred as follows:
  • Must have strong communication skills and a background in manufacturing systems
  • Strong working knowledge of engineering, manufacturing process and ERP systems is desired.
  • Experienced with AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor.
  • Must possess thorough and relevant product knowledge.
  • Good working knowledge of steam plant equipment including boilers, fans, pumps, valves, and deaerators.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
