Tasks
-Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. -Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. -Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. -Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. -Directs Field Operation Leaders to ensure service, maintenance and installations are consistent across the country. -Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff. -Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. -Drives and supports overall Company financial goals and profitability goals through added sales and service. -Assesses the need to for new branch expansions -Makes assessments and recommendations to changes in order to meet customer and business expectations. -Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.

What You Bring
-Ability to travel 90% -Minimum seven years managerial experience, HVAC industry experience preferred -Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships -Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment -Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software -Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively -Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four year college or related experience -Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire others and ensure that employees are highly engaged with their work.
