The BIM Lead will drive BIM strategy, implementation, and coordination across major projects, ensuring seamless integration of design, cost, and construction data to support project management teams in delivering projects efficiently, accurately, and to global standards.
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans aligned with project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and company policies.
- Lead BIM coordination across architecture, civil, MEP, and structural disciplines.
- Facilitate clash detection, model reviews, and design validation.
- Support project managers by integrating BIM outputs into schedules and cost plans.
- Maintain accurate digital models, version control, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design challenges.
- Provide BIM training and guidance to project teams.
- Drive adoption of BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and explore emerging technologies.
- Explore integration of BIM with project management platforms and digital twins.

- Require 18–20 years of BIM and project delivery experience.
- Hold a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

- Demonstrate strong expertise in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo).
- Experience on large‑scale infrastructure, real estate, or industrial projects.
- Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
