The Field Support Engineer acts as the hands‑on IT face within the office, collaborating closely with enterprise IT teams, help‑desk operations, and local leadership to create a reliable and innovative digital workplace.
Key duties include providing onsite and remote support, assisting with office relocations and new setups, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, delivering training on core technologies, managing the full hardware lifecycle, and maintaining edge infrastructure such as networking and servers. Additionally, the engineer documents procedures, contributes to service playbooks, and shares best practices to ensure consistent service across the organization.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of IT support or field service experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools, and familiarity with collaboration platforms and workplace networking. A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field is preferred, and certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
Waggoner Engineering offers a fun, family‑friendly, multicultural environment with flexible schedules, competitive health benefits, career development programs, incentive and referral bonuses, and opportunities for community service and worldwide travel.
