As a Learning + Development Coordinator, you support and contribute to the success of learning programs across the studio. Working closely with experienced professionals, you provide crucial support to program delivery, actively assisting instructors and studio members in navigating internal learning resources. You contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the studio.

  • Maintain learning program databases, manage feedback submissions, including attendance tracking, and generate summaries for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process enhancement by conducting reviews and

  • Prepare, administer, analyze, and report on surveys and evaluations for diverse programs.
  • Coordinate content updates, vendor lunch and learns and other knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure information remains.
  • Collaborate with instructors, providing troubleshooting support and facilitating course material distribution.
  • Execute administrative tasks for internal learning and development programs, including scheduling classes, managing enrollment, waitlists, cancellations, and collecting class evaluations.
  • Drive the development, implementation, documentation of new workflow processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Support the Knowledge Management team in maintaining and improving studio-wide knowledge systems, including the Intranet, Learning Management System, and Power BI reports.

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
