You will manage the intake and assessment of new initiatives, crafting thorough business cases that describe objectives, solutions, risks, and expected financial outcomes. Your work will include evaluating financial viability, estimating costs, resources, and timelines, and assisting business units with initial budgeting. By turning strategic concepts into well‑defined proposals, you will help prioritize projects that deliver the greatest value.
You will coordinate governance meetings, ensuring accurate data and preparing concise briefing materials that highlight project justification, risks, and schedules. Acting as an advocate for AI integration, you will promote the inclusion of artificial intelligence where appropriate. Through effective stakeholder engagement, you will secure the necessary funding and resources while upholding compliance with internal controls.
- Lead development and maturation of project ideas with executive stakeholders, creating full business cases.
- Perform financial due diligence, calculate ROI, NPV, payback period, and other key metrics.
- Outline high‑level costs, resource needs, timelines, and support departmental budgeting.
- Convert executive concepts into executable proposals with defined scope and delivery frameworks.
- Conduct strategic options analysis to compare solutions and present financial impacts to executives.
- Act as an AI champion, ensuring AI considerations in proposed solutions.
- Manage logistics, preparation, and data integrity for steering committees and review boards.
- Design and deliver visually compelling executive decks that summarize project justification.
- Influence cross‑functional consensus, securing funding, resources, and alignment for projects.
- Support the Director, ePMO in executing the ePMO strategic roadmap and tactical initiatives.
- Ensure project controls, templates, and processes meet IT SOX compliance standards.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field, complemented by project‑management training and certifications such as PMP, SA, or Scrum Master. At least five years of experience in shaping early‑stage portfolio work, financial planning, and managing budgets above $1 million are required. Proficiency in data analysis, executive communication, influencing stakeholders, and using tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, JIRA, G‑suite, Workday and Google Sheets is essential.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Strategic Management.
- Possess project management certification (PMP) or equivalent; SA or CSM/SSM preferred.
- Bring 5+ years experience translating executive ideas into structured, financially‑modeled proposals.
- Demonstrate expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and managing budgets over $1 M.
- Experience in project/portfolio governance and prioritization.
- Proficient in data analysis and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent executive communication skills for concise, impactful presentations.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Technical proficiency with Smartsheet, Monday.com, JIRA, G‑suite, Workday, and Google Sheets.
