Pricing Specialist Job

Description

• Ensure compliance by executing established pricing and business policies.
• Be the go-to pricing expert supporting a high-performing sales team and influencing customer decisions.
• Analyze pricing and sales data to identify opportunities for price simplification and execute improvements.
• Prepare and manage price quotations for field sales representatives, including entering quotes into Salesforce and communicating them to both reps and external customers.
• Work with cutting-edge tools like Salesforce and Excel to manage critical pricing operations.
• Transforming buildings from structures that shelter into structures that serve and preserve the health and well-being of people and planet;
• Make an impact on profitability by ensuring pricing policies are executed accurately and consistently.
• Lead process improvements that boost efficiency and create smarter ways of working within a collaborative team.
• Drive process enhancements by identifying, analyzing, implementing, and communicating improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness within the Pricing and Business Analysis team.
• Turn data into strategy by analyzing pricing trends and driving simplification initiatives that shape business success.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative approach
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience and/or training
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate or four-year degree from an accredited college or university)
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional multitasking skills -with the ability to manage competing priorities seamlessly
• Comfort with numbers and a strong analytical mindset
