The Fleet Maintenance Manager oversees fleet equipment across one or more locations and leads a team of technicians responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of up to 60 diesel and alternative‑fuel vehicles. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor manages the maintenance shop under the umbrella of the Maintenance Manager.
The ideal candidate is an active‑duty service member approaching transition, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, and eager to develop new skills under motivated leadership.
Republic Services partners with the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, offering transitioning veterans up to the last 180 days of service to train with an industry partner while continuing to receive military compensation and benefits. Participation requires authorization from the unit commander and is open to any rank, enlisted or officer.
