As a Tax Manager you will join a dynamic, fast‑moving finance team within an agile business, reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting & Tax and interacting regularly with the CFO and senior management. Your primary objectives are to manage and improve tax processes, ensure compliance obligations are met, and act as a trusted business partner across the organization.
In this holistic role you will oversee a range of tax and transfer‑pricing activities, contribute to the development and implementation of the RRPF Tax Risk Management Strategy, and serve as the main point of contact for tax‑related advice on transactions and projects.
The role requires a qualified chartered tax accountant (CTA) or chartered accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA) with post‑qualification experience in a tax manager or senior tax associate position, strong UK tax technical knowledge, and experience with international tax rules and cross‑border transactions.
Additional preferred experience includes a solid understanding of multi‑GAAP and US GAAP, familiarity with US tax regulations, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, financial modelling ability, and exposure to finance systems such as Sun Systems, Hyperion or Salesforce.
