Provide oversight on projects Senior VDC Engineers and VDC Engineers are running and provide advice from experience, as needed.
Develop the VDC section of the Project Execution Planning for your projects.
Provide corporate training for VDC processes and assist in maintaining VDC training videos in Cornerstone.
QAQC support and field documentation follow-up for post-coordination and system installations.
Manage the BIM coordination process and involved subcontractors, architects and designers of projects assigned.
Occasionally lift, pull, or move up to 25 lbs.
Managing the coordinated and approved model for final submission and approval by the design team.
Develop the project-specific BIM execution plan and contract attachments and oversee the plan throughout the project.
Reviewing all proposed change orders related to MEP subcontractors or other 3D integrated trades.
Distribution of all model files to/from the parties involved.
Distribution of the final model files to MCC personnel and subs involved for use in the field.
Reviewing and submitting all coordinated MEP drawings and submittals to the design team.
Use hands to type, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or control.

Ability to work constructively and independently.

Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis
Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Autodesk Suite, Bluebeam, Revizto, Tekla, and Microsoft Office
Problem-solving skills.
Occasional travel will be required, primarily in the metropolitan area but sometimes domestically (must have a valid Driver’s License).
