Lead the development and coordination of contracting methodologies while collaborating with all support functions and ensuring conformance with Zachry’s Deal Architecture process. In coordination with Business Area leaders, develop tool, procedures, work processes and systems to support timely proposal development and submittal with agility and consistency.
Work closely with Commercial Management and Business Area Management Teams and Leaders and other project team members to develop and administer the commercial aspects of Contract(s), in conjunction with Legal and Risk, with Executive Leadership, including Deal Architecture compliance, contract compliance and financial performance, change management, amendments, risk management, notifications, and other commercial matters and documentation.
Interface, as part of the Executive Leadership Team of the business areas, with Operations and Project Directors, with Partners and Client counterparts in administration of the work associated EPC phases, respectively.
Support Business Area Executive Leadership with financial and commercial reviews for contract financial performance and in developing future vision and plans for contracting strategies to support evolving market needs, while maintaining Zachry Corporate initiatives.

Proven experience with early impact identification and calculation techniques for major EPC projects and negotiating the inclusion of provisions to protect Zachry during the contract negotiation phase.
Knowledge of document management, scheduling, advanced work packaging (AWP) and cost management techniques for major EPC projects needed.
Proven effective written and verbal communication skills working across multiple remote locations and management levels.

10+ years of relevant EPC project experience (or equivalent)
Fundamental understanding of the operational work processes and flows needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Software tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams
Proven effective written and verbal communication skills while working in an international, multi-cultural team environment.
Proven ability to “manage through influence” at all levels of an organization.
Experience with impact identification & calculation techniques for specific scopes or work required.
Occasional international and domestic travel may be required.
