We’re seeking a Senior Delivery Excellence Specialist for our Technology team to sharpen how programs and projects are delivered, driving insight, momentum and measurable improvement across the entire delivery lifecycle. In this role you will provide deep performance insights, lead improvement initiatives and help refresh our delivery management framework.
- Refresh the delivery management framework with practical guidelines and templates that balance agile and waterfall approaches.
- Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and co‑design fit‑for‑purpose templates.
- Map delivery processes to critical business workflows, ensuring appropriate involvement at the right time.
- Drive core program and project delivery disciplines such as resource management, governance, reporting, methodologies and performance analysis.
- Monitor program and project health, analyze performance and maintain accurate, meaningful reporting.
- Design, strengthen and embed governance frameworks to enable consistent, high‑quality delivery.
- Champion best‑practice program and project management principles and provide trusted advice, mentoring and support to delivery teams.

- Demonstrated expertise across portfolio, program and project delivery with adaptability to varied environments and complexities.
- Proven ability to build trusted, productive relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Experience designing, improving and embedding effective program and project management frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
- Capability to move between detailed execution and strategic perspective, linking day‑to‑day delivery with the broader picture.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project or Program Management, Business or a related discipline.
