- Maintain aggressive efforts to achieve objectives.

- Act as a technical liaison with the client, vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage one or more projects or programs, supervise professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines.
- Advising on governance practices and supporting governance activities.
- Prepare Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations.
- Develop Office of the Secretary policies and procedures follow enterprise guidelines.
- Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task. Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance.
- Train and supervises personnel.
- Conducting research and analysis on governance approach and processes for identified methodologies and/or technologies.
- Responsible for all phases of the program budget.

- Prior experience directly supporting HHS.
- Demonstrated experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope complex IT projects, or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven results in coordinating and managing at the executive level.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Proven ability to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements for complex IT projects, or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience managing programs.
- Master’s degree.
- Ability to travel within the National Capital Region, Baltimore MD and Atlanta GA.
- Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance environment that includes knowledge of customer satisfaction tracking, user complaint and monitoring programs, and quality control programs.
