As a Field Specialist you will serve as the onsite expert for customers, leading installation and maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe, compliant installations. You will continuously develop your knowledge and skills to provide innovative solutions and maintain high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing projects to completion, communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, and delivering technical guidance to customers and third‑party wellsite colleagues. You will analyze system data to resolve complex problems, verify work for successful delivery and sign‑off, and provide onsite support for remote operations such as BHAs, rig‑up, and rig‑down.
The role requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships. Candidates must have hands‑on knowledge of basic rig operations, experience leading and mentoring technical teams, and a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.
