  • Notify associates of the arrival of MRO, OH, and PPAP materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate incoming full truckload freight.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Prepare shipping forms and Bills of Lading (BOL) for outgoing materials.
  • Participate in meetings as requested by Finance or Materials teams.
  • Order and manage departmental supplies.
  • Provide required documentation for Finance and PW audits.
  • Process reversals of receipts and research discrepancies in coordination with Finance.
  • Conduct warehouse audits to resolve receiving discrepancies.
  • Inspect and resolve issues with unidentified packages (e.g., missing packing slips or labels).
  • Track and expedite incoming parts as needed.
  • Monitor warehouse locations, including Receiving, Staging (1–4), ATD, and Super Market.
  • Receive and process MRO, OH, and IG material orders.
  • Audit and maintain control of major supplier records (packing list, seals, and Freight BOL)
  • Maintain the nonconformance log.
  • Investigate international freight issues and complete C-TPAT documentation.
  • Generate and review internal and external Kanban reports.

  • Self-motivated, ethical, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experience with JDE or similar ERP system strongly preferred.
  • Experience equivalent in Warehousing and Transportation Logistics.
  • 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Effective multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 10 certification a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
