Arrange travel and accommodation, including international bookings.
Assist team members with John Holland systems and programs.
Organise team-related events within budget.
Update financial records, including expenses, invoices, and purchase requisitions.
Perform office management tasks, including procurement of consumables and catering.
Assist with document control, including formatting, distribution, and comment management.
Maintain records management systems, ensuring accuracy, currency, and secure storage.
Provide accurate information and customer service to clients, vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders.
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, marketing materials, and reports for current and prospective customers.
Ensure all duties comply with John Holland policies, processes, reporting requirements, and procedures.
Support scheduling of meetings and calendar planning.
Coordinate internal and client meetings, including agendas, minutes, and distribution to stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements where necessary.

Knowledge of document management procedures and processes
Certificate II, III, or IV in Business Administration
