The Case Processing Specialist provides case processing and administrative support to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under the direction of ICE field office personnel. The role involves processing immigration cases, managing records, preparing documents, and maintaining both electronic and paper case files while ensuring compliance with federal privacy, data security, and partner policies.
The incumbent will handle a range of duties including data entry, record retrieval, legal assistance, docket coordination, document preparation, case tracking, compliance monitoring, removal coordination, detainee support, and may be required to travel domestically.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in criminal justice or corrections. Preferred experience includes reviewing law‑enforcement documentation or conducting immigration interviews. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, bilingual ability (preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.
