Identify and develop additional service opportunities for strategic accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports to customers and relevant stakeholders.
Identify and correct data errors, ensuring proper backup and storage of reports.
Support site audits, virtual audits, and alarm monitoring via the dedicated support email account.
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for energy savings, system optimization, and building performance improvements.
Ensure compliance with IS contract requirements while maintaining data accuracy in reporting.
Adhere to all company safety programs and report any non-compliance to the team leader or safety manager.
Generate and manage key reports, including Building Scorecards, Inspection Reports, and Chiller Performance Reports for IS customers.
Provide constructive feedback to enhance personal and team performance.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing professional support to foster long-term relationships.
Immediately report any unsafe conditions or safety concerns.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer service, and increase reporting efficiency.
Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless execution of sold opportunities and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Configure sites and reports in analytics software as needed.

During job site visits, exposure to conditions such as wet or humid environments, moving mechanical parts, elevated work areas, fumes, airborne particles, extreme temperatures, electrical hazards, and vibrations may occur.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and interactions with management, customers, and service personnel.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.
Frequently required to walk and use hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret complex technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and manage both abstract and concrete variables.

CEM and/or LEED certification is a plus.
Ability to write reports, policies, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Proficiency in probability, statistical analysis, and fundamental geometry and trigonometry.
