

Provides integrated industrial services including engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance.
Helpers (includes helpers 0 months- helper 42 months) – Preferred minimum of 6 months documented field experience in the chosen craft discipline. The candidate must be able to read and interpret instructions and documentation. The level and degree of job responsibilities and requirements vary depending on months of experience and assigned job step. Helpers assemble, analyze for defects, and repair boilers, tanks, vats, pressure vessels, boiler auxiliaries and ancillaries according to blueprint specifications using power and hand tools.
A high school diploma or its equivalent, combined with prior field experience, is typically required. Candidates should possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field and rely on instructions and pre‑established guidelines. Work is performed under immediate supervision, with primary functions not usually requiring independent judgment, and the employee reports to a supervisor or manager.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 lb, and pushing or pulling with 70 ft‑lb of force. The job frequently involves climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, and fingering duties as indicated by the frequency symbols.
