The analyst will support development, implementation, and control of non‑traditional financial, contractual, and technical aspects of projects throughout the acquisition cycle, and help plan acquisition strategy within cost, schedule, and performance baselines. They will draft, coordinate, and manage recurring SITREPs for USSOCOM senior staff, assist in special project planning and execution, prepare and present DoW and commercial studies, and lead meetings to address program changes. The role also includes briefing senior management on progress and providing support to the Engage SOF (eSOF) program, including staffing, metrics, and logistics coordination.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance, hold a DAWIA Level II equivalent in Program Management, and possess a bachelor’s degree in acquisitions, business, or a related field. A minimum of ten years’ federal acquisition experience is required, including work with non‑traditional financial, contractual, and technical aspects, documentation drafting and briefing, and analysis of DoW and commercial studies. Preferred experience includes prior work with the eSOF program and familiarity with military protocol. The position requires on‑site work at MacDill AFB and up to quarterly travel with as little as 14‑day notice.
