Ensure efficient staff assignment, workload management, and utilization to support profitable project delivery and meet billable targets.
Implement and support firmwide programs and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption within the team.
Interpret and communicate organizational goals, policies, and business priorities to staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, guidance, and professional development support.

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Energy Advisory team, including Power & Fuels, Renewables, Power Markets, and Utility Finance groups.
Oversee the delivery of consulting services within the department and business lines.
Promote collaboration with adjacent business lines to advance cross-functional opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers to manage project scope, schedule, and budget performance, maintaining high-quality outcomes across multiple engagements.
Lead and oversee project QA/QC efforts, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
Lead and oversee delivery of consulting engagements across energy advisory domains, including asset assessments, market analysis, financial modeling, and renewables strategy.
Collaborate with managing directors, business line leads, and proposal teams to support business development and secure new client engagements.
Provide expert-level technical and commercial guidance for projects involving power generation, market studies, and utility finance.
Monitor key performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure achievement of stated financial and operational targets.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or other related field and 5 years of related experience Required
Previous leadership and/or management experience is preferable.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
Position requires the ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change.
Must possess strong project management skills and a strategic perspective.
Must be expert in the use of computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
