As a Property Damage Lead Mitigation Technician you will serve community members during their time of need, delivering water and fire mitigation, tarping, board‑up, and mold remediation while showing empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
The role includes leadership responsibilities such as supervising on‑site crews, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the truck and equipment are organized and well‑stocked.
- Perform water and fire mitigation, tarping, board‑up, and mold remediation per Paul Davis and industry standards
- Supervise and set jobsite expectations for other team members
- Handle job file documentation and report to division manager
- Provide excellent customer service with focus and dedication
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, organized truck and all company equipment
- Be accessible by phone and participate in on‑call schedule as needed
- Assist in warehousing and facility tasks when necessary
- Support other team members and lead the team when opportunities arise
