Effectively direct Drug and Alcohol Program (FTA) for location to ensure complete federal and corporate compliance. Manage Third Party Administrators and Vendors
Ensure a just culture within the organization where all employees are treated fairly and justly and understand their contribution to the organization’s safety philosophy.
Ensure all relevant statutory and regulatory safety polices are applied and adhered to
Monitor and evaluate the continued effectiveness of risk control strategies
Creates and maintains all required driver files

Must have at least 3 years’ progressive transit experience with commercial class “B” vehicles in a fixed route transit system

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce
