Recruiter - Contract

Description

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment processes and tools, addressing both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent goals.
• Collaborate with department leaders and regional offices to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Sage Recruit Technology, or other applicable applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
