Oversee the Quality Management System, food safety programs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Manage non-conformance investigations, root-cause analysis, and customer complaint resolution.
Oversee document control including test methods, specifications, and regulatory records.
Lead the Quality Control team, including QA Technicians and quality specialists, ensuring strong performance and adherence to standards.
Monitor KPIs and quality trends to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Deliver quality and food-safety training for employees and support broader technical development.
Partner closely with Production and Plant leadership to ensure robust testing, inspections, and documentation across all shifts.
Coordinate internal and external audits, including GFSI, GMP, HACCP, and related industry certifications.
Implement audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain raw material quality oversight and approve manufacturing specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization and waste-reduction initiatives.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with production, engineering, and leadership teams.
5+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, ideally within food manufacturing, or another regulated environment.
