A Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of technical projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, agile project management methodologies, and strong leadership skills to ensure successful product and solution deliveries. They work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to manage expectations, identify risks, and facilitate communication.

Coordinate and monitor the progress of technical projects.
- Track and report project progress using Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.
- Lead end to end plan and delivery management of technical solutions for initiatives/projects.
- Enable and foster relationship management, stakeholder communication and management of cross team dependencies, including and not limited to scoping, planning, prioritization, escalation, capacity planning as well as management of cross functional alignment.
- Promoting a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement.

Minimum experience
- Knowledge of risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills including ablility to work in a cross-functional envionrment as well as communicate with all levels of organization clearly and succinctly.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, project goals, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Forward, proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to think out of the box.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in an eCommerce is a mandatory.
- Understanding of the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on technical projects.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Skills in identifying areas for process improvement within project delivery and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning, backlog management, and agile ceremonies to manage project delivery effectively.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including project plans, architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
- Expertise in project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Certification in project management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
- Experience in Retail & Search Domain is a plus.
- Issue Resolution: Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving conflicts within the team or with stakeholders.
- 12-13 years of experience in related function
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
