Senior Project Planner

Description

• Manage and maintain live project programmes, monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Coordinate and integrate MEP planning activities across all site operations.
• Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to support project decision-making.
• Review and update plans to reflect on-site progress, change, and new information.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective sequencing and delivery.
• Analyse performance data, identify risks or delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support change management processes by assessing the impact of design and schedule changes.

Requirements

• Skilled in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject, ideally with 4D planning and digital modelling experience.
• Strong understanding of MEP construction techniques and ideally an HNC / Degree in an MEP or engineering-related field.
• Experienced Project Planner with strong MEP knowledge and a background in live, complex construction environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to forecast and present project data effectively.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, analysing progress, and driving performance on site.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and manage programme impacts arising from changes or interface issues.
