

Employee‑owned integrated design firm offering architecture, engineering, planning & interior design.
You will manage an electrical engineering team to produce high-quality construction documents using Revit and oversee project schedules to meet deliverable requirements. As part of an integrated design team, you will collaborate closely with other disciplines to create highly integrated building designs while managing Electrical Engineers and Designers within the studio.
The role includes managing operations and execution for the Electrical Engineering discipline, planning projects, assigning duties, scheduling meetings, partnering with leadership for recruitment and evaluation, supporting business development, maintaining workplace best practices, developing designs from concept to construction, performing quality control, and coordinating activities of personnel, vendors, and consultants.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent, at least seven years of experience as an electrical engineer/designer, a Professional Engineer license, BIM/Revit MEP experience, and prior team leadership. Preferred qualifications are experience designing power, lighting, and low‑voltage systems on complex projects, LEED accreditation and green‑rating experience, interest in sustainable design, and an appreciation of architectural design.
