Manage and mentor junior GIS professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Prepare and present detailed reports and maps for various audiences
Provide technical expertise and support for organisation-wide GIS initiatives
Design and implement sophisticated GIS databases and spatial analysis models
Develop and maintain GIS applications and tools to streamline workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into GIS solutions
Conduct advanced spatial analysis and data modelling to support decision-making processes
Stay abreast of emerging GIS technologies and methodologies, recommending improvements to existing processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in GIS software, particularly ArcGIS and QGIS
Professional GIS certification (e.g., GISP) is highly desirable
Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership
Domain expertise in urban planning, environmental management, or natural resource management is advantageous
Programming experience in Python, R, or other relevant languages
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in GIS applications and spatial analysis
Expertise in remote sensing and image processing techniques
Proficient in database management using SQL
Strong skills in spatial analysis, data modelling, and cartography
Willingness to travel within India as required for project work
