Candidates must have at least one year of experience as an Assistant Construction Manager, Assistant Superintendent, or an equivalent supervisory role in new‑home construction. A thorough knowledge of all trades and the ability to build strong, long‑lasting relationships with trade partners are essential. The role requires a highly motivated, team‑oriented individual who can also work independently to meet deadlines and objectives. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, and candidates must be comfortable and courteous representing CBH Homes with all stakeholders.
