Assess Client Supply Chain and Capability in relation to BIM/Digital Construction.
Provide thorough analysis of design quality through model checking
Manage the close-out of all design issues arising from the model checking process
Initial Setup and Management of the Tender Model within Common Data Environment (Revizto)
Ensure Consultant teams and Sub Contractor teams comply with the project BIM Execution Plan
Implementing BIM workflows
Respond to all BIM & Digital Construction related queries.
Responsible for the overall quality of all project BIM/Digital models and their use in design coordination

Ability to integrate internal and external project team members on BIM matters
Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specification and reports
A good understanding of construction contract implementation, primarily JCT.
