Contribute to monthly design reports and IRS updates.
Review QA of submitted drawings and rejected documents before escalation to the Design Manager.
Support design and commercial teams with tender/work packages and compliance submissions (e.g., building control, NHBC).
Manage and maintain all site documentation with a clear audit trail, including contract notices, progress reports, meeting minutes, inductions, H&S/environmental records, and design information (drawings/specifications).
Prepare templates and basic documents for regional project use.
Set up new projects, maintain folder structures, create workflows, and manage user access on collaboration platforms.
Assist with compiling O&M manuals, datasheets, and design information.
Oversee document control processes in line with BS19650 2024 convention and company protocols.
Utilise and maintain document control platforms such as SharePoint, Viewpoint 4Projects, VIS Pod, and Autodesk Build (training provided if required).
Facilitate and coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs) between designers, subcontractors, and consultants.

Familiarity with BS19650 2024 convention standards and document control in construction/engineering environments.
Proven experience in document control – Ideally with a Tier 1.
Understanding of Digital Construction protocols and experience with digital teams on naming and workflow conventions
UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Knowledge of compliance processes, O&M compilation, and design tender support.
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and manage site administrative duties alongside document control.
Fully conversant with Viewpoint (external users) and SharePoint (internal use).
Professional, approachable, and confident in stakeholder engagement.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience on large-scale construction projects.
