The Program Manager/CFO provides strategic leadership, planning, and operational direction for environmental programs to meet performance objectives. Responsibilities span centralized business systems, budget and resource allocation, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. The role also entails mentoring directors and junior staff while serving as a recognized expert in financial and business matters both internally and externally.
In addition to core duties, the incumbent acts as the principal spokesperson for the division on significant matters, interacts with executive leadership to manage risk, and influences decisions that affect the long‑term viability and growth of the company. This senior executive staff member engages on a broad range of policy and program issues that impact organizational performance.
The position involves primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting of light items and requires walking or standing at times.
