Prepare and post journal entries for various accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
Conduct regular reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
Perform monthly account reconciliations including bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger accounts
Ensure proper coding and recording of invoices, expenses, and payments across all business divisions
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and adjusting entries
Assist with audit preparations and provide supporting documentation as required
Process accounts receivable invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper customer billing and cash flow management
Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making

3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or related industry
