Deliver projects that embed sustainability, carbon reduction, and ESG principles into asset management strategies.
Support green infrastructure planning and resilience assessments in line with regional sustainability agendas (e.g., Saudi Vision 2030, UAE Net Zero 2050).
Lead projects to assess total cost of ownership (TCO), lifecycle modelling, and long-term investment planning for critical infrastructure.
Support government entities and large asset owners in developing national or sector-wide asset management policies and frameworks.
Implement performance improvement programs focusing on reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), risk-based maintenance (RBM), and condition-based monitoring.
Lead the development of high-quality asset management proposals that effectively address client requirements and demonstrate tailored solutions.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, real estate and transport.
Align with cross-functional teams within Advisory, Middle East business units and global teams to deliver integrated asset management solutions.
Define go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and delivery models tailored to the regional context.
Deliver digital transformation initiatives, including asset data strategies, enterprise asset management (EAM) system implementation, and IoT/AI-driven predictive maintenance programs.
