We currently have an opportunity for a Payments Reconciliation Team Leader on a max term arrangement to May 2026, following some internal movement within the Financial Transaction teams. This important role leads the delivery of cost effective and efficient customer payment and cash reconciliation processes across Urban Utilities’ payment channels. The Payments Reconciliation Team Leader is responsible for coordination and management of the daily activities of the Payments Reconciliations Team and will lead and contribute to ongoing improvement and automation opportunities to deliver contemporary and seamless transaction services, whilst ensuring compliance with obligations and financial controls.

  • 3 – 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Accounts receivable experience (is required).
  • Experience with identifying and implementing initiatives and process improvements.
  • Intermediate excel skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate your team through change.
