Manage the delivery of Gender Quality Action Plan commitments for the region, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and legislative requirements
Create and support strategic relationships for the company with Group Training Organisations, Registered Training Organisations and other relevant partnerships
Design, deliver and implement training programs, training content and courses tailored to meet the needs of the wider business
Coordinate engagement with external partners; inclusive of schools, universities and industry bodies, to showcase regional programs and initiatives
Partner with the P&C project teams to embed gender-inclusive practices, including development pathways and workplace culture initiatives
Build relationships with external training providers, contractors, and educational institutions to ensure high calibre training and services
Manage and maintain relationships with key funding bodies and stakeholders
Monitor Training Provider costs and contracts to ensure consistency of charges and best pricing across the business
Implement targeted training programs, workshops, training content and courses tailored to meet the needs of the business unit, projects and work winning to ensure it meets regulatory, safety and technical competency
Report, monitor and drive training strategies to address ongoing skill gaps, development opportunities and learning needs for the business, projects and work winning requirements
Liaise with projects and work winning stakeholders to ensure consistency of Training delivery outcomes
Identify and establish key partnerships that the projects and BU can leverage off for social inclusion programs
Drive strategic direction and governance in the area of diversity & social inclusion to enhance business outcomes and social impacts in project delivery

Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training solutions to projects or business requirements
Strong understanding of legislative requirements and training compliance
Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.

Relevant experience in training and blue-collar competency management in an infrastructure environment
