Tasks

-Deliver professional, timely, and quality service to all MinRes customers. -Continuously improve processes within the training space for better efficiency. -Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team Lead, Training Administration Superintendent, Training Bookings Team, and Operations Support, with occasional tasks as directed by the Manager - Training Operational Support. -Maintain a close working relationship with our associated RTOs. -Provide administration and reporting support for Training Operational Support. -Support the Training Bookings Team with post-course administration. -Ensure compliance with MinRes Company Standards. -Assist in the end-to-end Internal Training Assessment process.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail. -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (intermediate level minimum), SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics. -Valid C-Class driver’s licence. -Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable). -Current Australian working rights. -Excellent customer service and support skills. -Experience in generating reports and documents. -Experience in a mining environment (desirable). -Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a similar field with some background in Learning and Development / Quality Assurance. -Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, agile administrative role. -Understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) (desirable). -Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
