What you would be doing

  • Ensuring agreed actions from investigations are recorded and closed out.
  • Assisting with PQQs, accreditations and registrations.
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Six monthly depot audits
  • Recording of completed training and update of PIB
  • Performing proofreading of reports and documents
  • Ensure H&S documents are the up-to-date versions
  • Have a single point of contact for all incident notifications and ensure the appropriate advisor is notified.
  • Organising travel and accommodation for Head of H&S.
  • Maintain accident incident statistics and collate monthly updates on incidents.
  • Collate Evotix data and summary reports to Head of H&S
  • Maintaining RAMs briefing records and staff training numbers.
  • Updating Safety alerts
  • Issue safety alerts
  • Keep insurance up to date
  • Organise inductions and re-inductions
