The UK&I Senior FP&A Analyst will lead financial analysis and decision‑making for the United Kingdom and Ireland region, delivering insight to senior leadership and supporting major financial initiatives.
Key duties include managing month‑end reporting and variance analysis, overseeing the UK&I financial performance, preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews, handling staff cost forecasts, driving the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with HR on resource planning, partnering with facilities management on occupancy budgets, contributing to project delivery, and ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and Group accounting policies.
The role requires strong communication, advanced financial analysis capability, deep commercial understanding, critical thinking, experience in matrix environments undergoing change, and the ability to build effective cross‑functional relationships. Candidates should have several years of FP&A and management accounting experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
