  • Ensures timely completion of all required FBO finance activity
  • Generating daily fuel close reports
  • Process fuel orders into FMS (fuel management systems) and/or AS/400 (accounting system)
  • Entering daily ending inventories into FMS
  • Coordinating the collection and collation of fuel tickets
  • Entering fuel tickets into FMS
  • Reconciling and resolving variances in FMS

  • Aviation/airline industry experience preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • 2-3 years of Accounting/Administrative experience with a basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company’s applicable insurance policies.
  • In some locations a state driver’s license is required as dictated by local regulations and business needs
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
