Identify, assess, and support the control of occupational exposures, including noise, airborne contaminants, ergonomics, psychosocial hazards, and other health risks.
Establish and enhance data management systems to ensure hygiene data is captured, stored, and accessible for long-term health risk monitoring and compliance.
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement, helping to evolve Aurecon’s occupational health approach and embed it into broader HSE systems and governance.
Influence and educate stakeholders on occupational hygiene practices, regulatory obligations, and risk mitigation strategies across diverse regions and legislative contexts.
Deliver technical expertise in occupational hygiene and health surveillance programs, tailored to the exposure risk profiles of various project environments.
Engage directly with operational and project teams through regular site visits, providing practical guidance and coaching on occupational health risk management.

A proactive, curious mindset with a problem-solving approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a broader team.
