Site Representative

This is a role with real variety. You’ll either focus on a single large-scale scheme or manage a portfolio of smaller projects across the North West, with the chance to make a visible impact on local communities and the resilience of key infrastructure. You’ll be reporting into an experienced Contracts Manager and will work closely with the senior leadership team from the Warrington office as well as on-site.

• Managing site teams and coordinating resources to keep projects moving.
• Ensuring all works meet legislative, contractual, health & safety, and quality requirements.
• Tracking progress, flagging risks early, and driving solutions to maintain programme.
• Taking day-to-day responsibility for the safe and compliant delivery of works.
• Preparing and delivering clear, accurate reports to management.
• Working with commercial colleagues to monitor costs and stay within tender allowances.
