The Lead Project Manager is responsible for the overall completion, delivery, and financial outcome of construction projects, coordinating with pre‑construction, design, and civil due‑diligence teams to manage bids, contracts, and buyout agreements. They develop and maintain project schedules, monitor budgets and key metrics, facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensure quality standards, and uphold legal and branding requirements while managing client expectations throughout all project phases.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and professional construction knowledge, with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. They should possess at least five to ten years of experience managing multiple phases of mid‑to‑large commercial building projects, including two years of mid‑to‑high‑rise multifamily construction, and five years of direct supervisory experience, having successfully delivered at least one full construction project from start to finish.
Preferred skills include the ability to read and interpret blueprints and financial reports, strong communication, technical writing, and people‑management abilities, as well as expertise in Lean Construction Delivery Methodology. Proficiency with scheduling and job‑cost software such as Primavera/P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or Prolog is advantageous, alongside strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational capabilities.
The work environment involves moderate noise levels, up to 30% travel, and physical demands such as standing, walking, climbing, and lifting.
