- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by training and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
- Enforces strict safety guidelines and company standards

- Identifies and troubleshoots production issues, and escalates issues to the Director of Manufacturing as needed
- Ensures production plans are completed on time
- Creates and justifies purchase requisitions for items to support the manufacturing teams
- Accomplish manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
