- Maintain all floor coverings, including vacuuming, mopping and sweeping
- Report any deficiencies, such as trip hazards, and resolve them immediately if possible
- Clean all common areas, including grounds, garages, lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, garbage chutes, laundry rooms and media rooms

- Inspect light bulbs, fixtures and signage in common areas on a daily basis and notify administration of any deficiencies
