The Summer 2026 IT Infrastructure Intern will gain hands‑on exposure to real production environments by reviewing and triaging incident and service request tickets, supporting monitoring and alerting improvements, and assisting with infrastructure projects ranging from small enhancements to larger modernization efforts. Interns will also help ensure hardware, software, and platforms remain within supported and secure standards while working alongside experienced engineers.
Digital Workplace & Infrastructure Innovation assignments may involve conducting data quality reviews for identity and access information, producing concise findings and recommendations, and developing AI‑assisted knowledge articles and FAQs to improve self‑service. Interns will use AI tools to analyze trends, draft technical content, identify common IT issues, and explore automated detection of recurring infrastructure or application problems, including deploying servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
The Cybersecurity GRC Analyst Intern will collaborate on security policy development aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, conduct risk assessments to quantify and prioritize threats, and assist with compliance monitoring for regulations such as Sarbanes‑Oxley. Additional responsibilities include supporting identity governance administration through access‑review campaigns and working with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Both internships require enrollment as a rising junior or senior in a related degree program, a minimum 12‑semester‑hour full‑time status, and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. under BCIS guidelines, provide official transcripts, and demonstrate interpersonal, relationship‑building, and leadership potential.
