Site Manager

Description

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including civil, structural, and MEP works.
• Prepare daily site reports and escalate critical matters to the Construction Manager.
• Maintain effective communication between site and project management teams.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and risk assessments regularly.
• Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics to avoid site disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Track work progress against schedule and report any delays or issues.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and labor force to achieve daily and weekly targets.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations for major aviation infrastructure projects in the GCC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with main contractors on airport developments, ensuring smooth execution of works, compliance with safety standards, and timely delivery.

• Minimum 10+ years in construction, with at least 3 years in a Site Manager role in the aviation sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven experience working with main contractors on large-scale airport or aviation infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with GCC building codes and aviation standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
