Compile, evaluate and present feedback information related to necessary changes in construction documents.
Review project submittals for compliance with contract documents including drawings, specifications, and owner requirements. Coordinate submittals with consultants and review consultants’ comments.
Perform periodic site visits to observe progress of work and compliance with contract documents, coordinate consultant site visits; prepare and distribute reports.
Attend project construction meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes as required by contract.
Review, coordinate with consultants, and respond to contractor’s Requests for Information (RFIs).
Communicate effectively and maintain proactive working relationship with clients, agencies, consultants, and contractors.
Coordinate architectural and consultant activities related to construction contract administration, including process sketches and permit revisions, field observations, reports, change orders and contractor’s applications for payment.
Other related activities include assisting with the development and improvement of the contract administration process with emphasis on efficiency, quality assurance, quality compliance, and project closeout.
Review, distribute to consultants and certify contractor requests for payment.
Managing monthly project invoicing, reviewing and approving consultant invoicing, managing project team time expenditures, preparing additional services requests for extended construction administration activities.
Conduct walkthrough with owner, contractor, and consultants to prepare punch list of items requiring attention, correction or replacement by contractor.
Review, track and process project cost modifications including change orders, contract allowances and construction contingencies for contract conformance.
Review contractor’s project as-built and record drawings, warranties and other post-construction submittals.
Perform site visit and coordinate with consultants to perform site visit to establish substantial completion. Complete documents required by contract establishing substantial completion date.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is required.
Basic computer application proficiency is required. Knowledge of Newforma (or Similar Construction Tracking Program) AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred
Knowledge of sustainable design and construction process is preferred.
10+ years in Construction Administration is required.
